Partnership Terms
All partnerships are covered by a short referral agreement confirming the 10% fee structure.
For retainer-based or ongoing monthly engagements, referral fees are paid for up to 24 months from the start of the engagement.
There is no non-compete clause, and terms are designed to support long-term, low-friction collaboration.
